Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items purchased from our store. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While we cannot accept returns for general dissatisfaction, we understand that occasionally items may be damaged during shipping or may arrive defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@vesselglassware.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending you a replacement or offering a store credit at our discretion.
